Bicheno is a small seaside town located approximately 2 hours drive from Launceston and Hobart. Both Redline & Tassielink coaches service the town.
Bicheno Backpackers Hostel is centrally located with all services within walking distance. There are a number of easy short walks around the town itself. Longer day walks are easily accessible and include stunning coastline & forest. At most times of the year it is possible to have an entire stretch of white sandy beach to yourself – if you know where to go!
For children, a safe sheltered swimming beach right in the centre of town & a playground close by.
The accommodation itself comprises of 2 buildings. One is a purpose built fully self contained 28 bed dormitory building. The other building is a fully self contained 4 bedroom house which is ideal for couples, families or groups travelling together. One room has its own ocean views & private balcony. Don’t forget to ask for a quote for exclusive rental.
